They maintain all of our computers. We have laptops for all of our technicians. They also work with our internet and phone system providers. They set up a secure network so we don’t get hacked. Also, they provide diagnostic gear for us to be able to download information from a truck which enables us to perform inspections and diagnose issues. They are an integral part of our business, we ask them for their advice and they always provide good support in that way. This has helped us grow from one building to three buildings. Oscar and I have become friends over the years and it would be difficult to imagine our company without his support because he knows so much about it. He’s a big part of where we are today.
